08 Jan HEAR in Halifax – The Oval

This is the 3rd year that Halifax has had outdoor skating on the Oval. The Oval is largest outdoor skating rink east of Quebec City and is the size of 3 NHL rinks! It is open 7 days a week and public skate is free. Grab your skates and get some exercise this winter!
Good cardiovascular health is associated with better hearing and individuals over the age of 50 with good cardiovascular health have better hearing sensitivity than those with poor cardiovascular health. This winter enjoy the cold and stay active by skating on the Oval.
