10 Mar From Our Hearts
Day to day my job allows me to constantly interact and support the patients in my clinic. From helping with minor cleaning and repairs, to just chatting and welcoming new patients into the clinic. I challenge myself everyday to learn new things about our patients and how I can help to support them to hear their best.
I find it ultimately rewarding when patients share their personal stories, jokes and life updates with me. From listening to a retelling of the latest family dinner to sharing in the joy of news of a new grandchild. I am deeply humbled at the level of trust and confidence required to have these unique and meaningful relationships with patients and always look forward to the challenges and updates of tomorrow!
