All hearing aid purchases include a 30 day trial period. This trial period is important because hearing aids take time and patience to get used to. We want each person to be able to try out a hearing aid at home, at work and at play. To get the most of out of a hearing aid it takes weeks and several appointments with your audiologist to fine tune the hearing aids to your specific needs.
This trial period gives each patient the confidence in knowing that they are able to take time to adjust to a hearing. If for any reason changes need to be made to the hearing aid all of this can be done within the trial period. Finally, if you are unhappy with the hearing aid it can be exchanged for a different model or style or returned.
Relax and enjoy your new hearing aid because you have lots of time to adjust!
