Me & my moustache for the Movember Race. This was the 1st Movember race held in Halifax. We ran a 6km loop in Point Pleasant Park on Saturday November 24th. All proceeds raised go toward prostate cancer reaseach.
Like your hearing you should have a prostate check once you reach the age of 40. Don’t wait until something is wrong!
