Noise-induced hearing loss is permanent — and preventable. Custom-fit protection keeps your hearing safe at work, on stage, and everywhere in between.
Noise damages the tiny hair cells in your inner ear. Once gone, they do not come back. The loss is slow and silent — most people do not notice until real damage is done. The good news: it is entirely preventable.
Anyone exposed to noise — at work or during hobbies — should add a hearing test to their health checklist. A baseline test tracks your hearing and catches changes before they become permanent.

Noise Protection Plugs
We offer two styles for working in noise. Both are custom-fit and made to last.
Filtered Ear Plugs
ER Musician Earplugs are built to protect your hearing without muffling the music. Sound stays clear and rich — just at a safer volume.
Swim Plugs
Custom swim plugs keep water out while staying soft and comfortable. A great fit for casual swimmers and those with ear conditions.
Sleep Plugs
Custom sleep plugs are soft, low-profile, and built for comfort through the night. A good night's rest should not depend on how quiet the world is.
Loud noise triggers a chemical process inside your cochlea that keeps damaging cells for up to 7–10 days after exposure. A single very loud event — like a blast or gunshot — can cause instant permanent damage to the inner ear or eardrum.
For most people, the damage builds quietly over years. Each event causes a short drop in hearing. Over time, the ear can no longer recover — and the loss becomes permanent.
As volume goes up, safe listening time drops fast. Work noise and hobby noise both count. A factory worker who goes to a concert has two major noise events in one day — both add up.
Based on Nova Scotia workplace noise regulations (CSA standards).
