A recent article from the Hearing Journal addresses the issue of baby boomers staying longer in the workforce. It is estimated that by 2016 the the percentage of workers aged 65-74 will increase by 83.4%. Untreated hearing loss at work can lead to many communication breakdowns and to be successful at work baby boomers should think about hearing aids.
