Kim joined our team in 2011 and started her career working in our Gladstone office. Kim brings over 20 years of Customer Service Excellence most recently from a long-term career at The Bay. Clients enjoy her professional, yet warm manner and gentle smile, and feel at ease in her care.

Born and raised in Halifax, Kim and her husband Kelvin continue to make Halifax their home and enjoy reading, walking, camping, travelling, and sharing valuable time with family and friends. Kim looks forward to supporting clients to improve their hearing health and being a part of the Hearing Institute Atlantic family for many years to come.
